Had a great stay at this place. The breakfast spread was excellent, a variety of choices, and I particularly enjoyed the fresh fruits and pastries every morning. Plus, the staff were super friendly, especially Piero at the front desk. He helped us with directions.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but given the convenience and comfort, it was alright.

Plus, the staff went above and beyond by offering umbrellas during a rain shower, which was such a sweet touch.

However, the coffee was consistently lukewarm, requiring requests for a hotter brew, which detracted from the overall experience. Additionally, the room, although nice, could have benefitted from better amenities.

my family had a wonderful stay at starhotels. the location is perfect, just a short walk to the duomo. our family room was large, clean, and very comfortable—quite a luxury for four! we loved the welcome fruit plate and the strong free wifi. breakfast was a standout with plenty of choices to fuel our day. the fitness area was also impressive.
